Multi-purpose insecticide-acaricide KAY 24 EW 8 ml

KAY 24 is a highly active acid-amino derivative acaricide insecticide, which acts by contact and ingestion. Its action is due to a blocking of the central and peripheral nervous system of insects. Kay retains its full insecticidal effectiveness in the field, even under extremely high temperatures, for a considerable time. It shows a suppressive effect or control of mite populations. With 8cc of KAY 24 you have enough for a 15 liter backpack.

DOSAGE

Ideal dosage (8 cc can) for a 15 liter spray backpack.

COTTON AND ORNAMENTALS: In normal spraying from 0.5 to 1 l/ha, using the lowest dose against aphids and the highest for heliotis control. To achieve a good effect against red spider mite, the dose can be increased up to 1.25 l/ha, depending on the moment of application, the existing infestation and climatic conditions.

Insecticide-acaricide treatments on crops of:

ORNAMENTALS, HERBS AND WOODY ORNAMENTALS: Against heliotis, aphids, thrips and red spider mites.

CITRUS FRUIT TREES: Against prays, aphids, spider mites and complementary action against tetranychid mites.

POME FRUIT TREES: Against aphids, silkworms and complementary action against tetranychid mites.

STONE FRUIT TREES: Against aphids and complementary action against tetranychid mites.

PEAC TREES: Against aphids, green mosquito, thrips.

CYRUEL: Against thrips, aphids and complementary action against tetranychid mites.

ALMOND TREES: Against borers, green midge, tiger midge and complementary action against tetranychid mites.

WHEAT: Against scorpion mites.

COTTON TREE: Against heliotis, pink bollworm, aphids, thrips and red spider mite.

ALFALFA: Against aphids, aphids, and sitona.

It should be applied when the first symptoms of attack are observed, using higher doses in the first treatments and lower doses in successive treatments, which should be done at the time intervals indicated by the observed reinfection, according to the biology of the insect and the time of the year. It is convenient to apply the product with high volumes of water, spraying from bottom to top. This is important in all crops, but especially in those where mite invasions (red and yellow spider mites) are common and difficult to combat (cotton, fruit trees, citrus, etc.).

SAFETY PERIOD SINCE LAST TREATMENT

Do not treat for 7 days before harvest in almond, cotton and tomato; 14 days in artichoke, green beans, potatoes, wheat and alfalfa; 21 days in plum; 28 days in citrus and 75 days in pome fruit trees. In stone fruit trees it does not apply since the indicated treatments are until flowering. Not applicable in ornamentals.
