Yoshikazu Hashimoto, real name Heian Kosen, was born on February 28, 1933, in Kyoto. He was self-taught from the beginning, he began making bonsai in 1955 and ceramics in 1965, attracted by the ceramics of master Toufukuji. He ended up becoming one of the most recognizable ceramists in Japan. Small repair with metallic paint, imitating Kintsugi (gold)
