Handmade pot by Aiba Kouichirou born in 1944, the son of a potter whose family had specialized in plant pots and tableware, the kiln founded by his grandfather. In the early 1970s Aiba Kouichirou built a new kiln, changed the name to Koyo Toen, and began making bonsai pots. This kiln was known as "The Kouyou Pottery Garden" based in Tokoname
